QC Analyst - 24 Month Fixed Term Contract

Description

• Perform quality control testing on finished pharmaceutical products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of all test results and laboratory activities.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results.
• Support investigations into deviations or non-conformances in testing processes.
• Follow Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and other regulatory guidelines consistently.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the timely release of products.
• Assist with method validation and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and organised laboratory environment.

Profile

A successful QC Analyst should have:

• A degree or equivalent qualification in chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field.
• Experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, or spectroscopy.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in testing.
• Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in laboratory documentation and record-keeping.
