• Demonstrable knowledge of child development, attachment theory, and the impact of developmental trauma.

• Strong understanding of relevant legislation, statutory guidance and safeguarding frameworks.

• Able to work in partnership with children, families, carers, and professionals to deliver holistic and effective support.

• Experience in applying therapeutic approaches such as solution-focused and systemic practice.

• Skilled in managing risk, promoting child-centred outcomes, and using initiative in complex situations.

• Committed to equality, diversity, and anti-discriminatory practice.

• Experience coaching or mentoring colleagues.

• Understanding of performance frameworks and quality assurance processes.
