Job Title: Social Worker - MASH team

Are you an experienced Social Worker tired of late-night visits and travelling across the country? Looking for a more stable and family-friendly setup while still making a meaningful impact?

We're currently recruiting for a non-caseholding role within a supportive team of 4 social workers. This is an excellent opportunity for those with strong Child Protection experience who want to step into a more balanced and structured environment.

• MASH front door work - triage and screening of referrals

• Applying your knowledge of CP, Section 47s, and Court Work

• Supporting frontline decisions without holding long-term cases

• Experienced Social Worker with background in CP, S47s, court involvement

• Able to work in the office full-time (5 days/week)

• Non-caseholding - ideal for work-life balance or those with childcare commitments

• Stable, office-based work with no evening visits
