Qualified Children Social Worker

• Identify and understand the needs of children and families through structured assessments
  
  
• Put in place practical support plans that prioritise safety, development and wellbeing
  
  
• Take swift, proportionate action to keep children safe from harm
  
  
• Build strong working relationships with families and partner agencies to deliver joined-up support
  
  
• Make sure children's views and wishes shape the help they receive
  
  
• Keep support plans up to date as situations and needs change
  
  
• Follow legal requirements and uphold high standards in safeguarding and care

Requirements:

• 2 years experience post qualification
• Action safeguarding procedures
