Qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant

Location: Wirral

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant's to join our early years team. The successful candidate will be available to work Monday to Friday, supporting early years educators in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for their young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities.
• Support children's social, emotional, and educational development.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
• Observe and record children's progress and provide feedback to parents and teachers.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education.
• Previous experience working with young children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A caring and patient attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
