Qualified Nursery Assistant

?? Job Type: Part-time (Mondays & Tuesdays)

Are you passionate about early childhood education? ??? We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our warm and welcoming, purpose-built nursery in the heart of Strood!

• ? Support fun, creative, and educational activities in line with the EYFS framework
• ?? Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment
• ?? Observe and track children’s development, sharing insights with the lead educator
• ??? Encourage positive social interactions and communication
• ?? Assist with mealtimes, changing, and nap routines
• ?? Work closely with a supportive team to plan and deliver enriching experiences

• ? Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
• ?? Experience in an Early Years setting
• ? SEN experience is a big plus!
• ?? Strong understanding of EYFS
• ?? Great communication and teamwork skills
• ?? A genuine love for working with children and helping them thrive
• DBS on Update Service!
