Job Description - Qualified Nursery Practitioner

? Early Years Educator Wanted! ?

Are you passionate about shaping young minds? We're looking for a qualified Early Years Educator to join our team!

What You’ll Do:
?? Ensure high-quality care and safety for children
? Plan stimulating play experiences to support their growth
?? Follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum

What We’re Looking For:

?? Experience:
  • Working with children from inner-city or BAME communities ?
  • At least 2 years post-qualification experience
  • Supporting children ages 6 months to 5 years
  • Experience working with students and apprentices ?
? Qualifications:
  • Level 3 in Early Years (NNEB, BTEC, NVQ, CACHE, etc.)
?? Skills & Personality:
  • Warm, enthusiastic, and nurturing ?
  • Team player and independent worker ??
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels ??
  • Experience implementing the Children Act 2004 & Every Child Matters ??
Additional Info:

?? Hours: 35 hours per week, term time only
?? Pay: £14.60 per hour
?? Start ASAP until July
?? DBS check required
