Job Advert: Experienced Qualified SEN Teaching Assistants Required

Aspire are currently seeking qualified and experienced SEN (Special Educational Needs) Teaching Assistants for long-term roles in a well-established SEN school.

Please only apply if you meet the following essential criteria:

You are a qualified Teaching Assistant (TA)

You have previous long-term experience working in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school

You have a valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or are willing to apply for a new one

We are looking for committed and compassionate professionals with a strong understanding of SEN support and the ability to make a positive impact in the classroom.

Requirements:

TA qualification (Level 2 or above preferred)

Long-term experience in a SEN school setting

Knowledge of a range of SEN needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, MLD, SLD, SEMH)

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain a new one)

Excellent teamwork, communication, and behaviour management skills
