Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include conducting home assessments, maintaining detailed case records, and collaborating with multi-agency teams to develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the needs of children and young people.

Requirements:

• Social Work England registration
• Experience in fostering or child protection
• A full driving licence
