Responsibilities:

• The team provides a range of support to service users aged 18-65 with mental health conditions, learning & physical disabilities.
• Completing assessments, reviewing and completing support plans
• Safeguarding will be included in the post

To be considered for the Social Worker role:

• 1-3 years experience of working within a similar social work setting
• Diploma/Degree in Social Work
• Registration with Social Work England
• Evidence of working with a complex caseload
• Be competent in strength based work and reviews and be able to work in a fast paced team.
