Qualified Social Worker, Learning Disability and Autism Service
Pay rate to £39.99 per hour
Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to work in a Learning Disability Team in Bath and North East Somerset Council.
This will be completing Care Act Assessments and Reviews, carrying out Mental Capacity assessments and proceed with support planning through our Brokerage service. This is targeted work on our 'longest waits' from our waiting list whether that be for an annual review, unscheduled review or first Care Act Assessment. Previous experience of working within Learning Disabilities and Autism required Previous experience of using Liquid Logic preferred This will be working within Bath and North East Somerset. Due to the client group, the majority of visits/assessments will be face to face so access to a car is essential and ability to work in county for 50% of time will be required.
