Pay rate £46 per hour
Vitalis are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to work as a Team Manager in a Front Door team in Trafford.
Our First Response service is our dedicated ‘Front Door’ to Children’s Services. It is a multi-agency team that plays a key role in supporting professionals and ensure that our children and families receive the right help, at the right time, from the right professional.
As a Practice Manager you will manage a multi-agency team that consists of social workers and first response advisors alongside partners including police, education, health and a domestic abuse advisor. The team is responsible for offering initial advice and screening requests for help and support that are made into the service, across all levels of need.
You will have management experience within a Front Door environment and will lead the team in helping children, families and professionals to understand the support available, as well as responding to safeguarding referrals ensuring that practice standards are met, and that children and families are appropriately supported.
