Pay rate, £40 - £45 per hour
Vitalis are recruiting for a Qualified Team Manager to work in a team in Leeds.

• Referrals, through Assessment & Child in Needs, strategy discussion, S47 to Child Protection, Pre-Proceedings through court proceedings into permanence and adoption.
• Practicing in line with the council’s restorative and family led approach.
• manage and influence team culture
• support with performance, case decision making and outcome focussed supervision.
• Manage staff welfare, performance and HR.

Applicants will be office based and available between office hours 8.30 - 5 with some flexibility to support to see through cases / safety planning.
