Randstad is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our team! This is a full-time, permanent position starting in September, offering a rewarding experience working with children.

You will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for children. This includes delivering high-quality lessons, managing classroom behaviour effectively, and adapting teaching methods to suit individual student needs. You will be working as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best possible educational outcomes for all students.

Lesson planning and delivery, classroom management, assessment of student progress, collaboration with colleagues, communication with parents/guardians, participation in school events and meetings.

• Experience working in UK Schools is essential.
• QTS and Team Teach training are highly desirable.
• Exceptional candidates with extensive relevant experience will also be considered.
• A proven track record of effective behaviour management is crucial.
• Able to provide professional references from recent employers.
• Must have Full Eligibility to work in the UK.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• The ideal candidate will be a calm, patient, and adaptable individual with a positive and engaging personality.
• The ability to handle challenging behaviours and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment is key.
