• Planning and delivering creative and effective lessons tailored to individual learning needs
  
  
• Managing classroom behaviour confidently and consistently
  
  
• Monitoring and assessing student progress to inform teaching strategies
  
  
• Collaborating with colleagues to promote best practices and drive positive educational outcomes
  
  
• Communicating effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders
  
  
• Participating in school activities, events, and staff meetings
  
  

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  
  
• Experience working within UK schools
  
  
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  
  
• Full right to work in the UK
  
  
• Ability to provide professional references from recent employers
