Job Description - Quality Assurance Admin 3 month FTC

We’re hiring a hands-on Quality Assurance Administrator to support the final delivery phase of a high-spec residential development. You’ll be on-site daily, helping the QA Managers track snags, upload photos, and keep the project moving.

Key Duties

Assist with on-site apartment inspections
Upload snagging reports/photos into Salesforce & iAuditor
Track issues and chase deadlines
Keep documentation tight and up to date

What You’ll Need

Admin experience in property/construction
Solid attention to detail and time management
Comfortable on your feet (80% site-based)
Salesforce and iAuditor experience preferred
