Job role: Quality Assurance & Enhancement Officer
Location: Central London - Hybrid (2 days on-site)
Duration: 3 months (with potential to extend)
Rate: £18.66 – £22.32 per hour + holiday pay
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading organisation in the education sector as a Quality Assurance & Enhancement Officer. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for working within a high-performing quality assurance team that supports educational centres across the UK.

You’ll play a key part in upholding and enhancing the standards of an awarding organisation known for innovation, creativity and regulatory excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and processing centre approvals, complaints, appeals and special considerations
• Supporting investigations into quality concerns and contributing to improvement plans
• Providing expert advice to internal teams and external education providers
• Managing data and evidence in line with GDPR and compliance standards
• Collaborating with teams across quality assurance, compliance, and monitoring

About you:

• You have experience in quality assurance, compliance, or regulatory environments within an awarding organisation or higher education setting
• You're detail-focused, organised, and confident handling multiple priorities
• You’re confident in producing clear reports and working with data
• You’re a natural collaborator and enjoy supporting high standards across a team
• A good understanding of the education sector or awarding organisations
