Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Housing Quality Assurance Officer, in the South London area. 
You will need to have worked in a similar role within a Local Authority Housing Department. 

We are looking for looking for someone who has experience in quality assurance within a complaints handling or customer resolution function in the housing sector.  
The role involves conducting quality assurance checks, producing formal QA reports and delivering complaints handling feedback. T 
his role is based in the office 3 days per week, with 2 days hybrid working.
