Job Description - Quality Engineer

Are you a Quality Specialist? Do you have experience implementing and introducing standardized quality procedures? Are you confident investigating non-conformances and customer complaints?
If so, a leader within fluid technology sector is actively seeking a Quality Engineer to implement brand new quality processes in their site in Gloucester!

Quality Engineer
Outside IR35 Contract
6 Month initial duration
45 hour work week
Gloucester

Quality Engineer
Job Description:

Develop foundational quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection criteria where none currently exist.
Introduce standardized methods for non conformance and customer complaints
Working closely with both manufacturing and design teams with hands on training of new procedures implemented
Looking into implementation of quality management systems for the future
Establishing basic quality metrics to present findings to management

Quality Engineer
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Must have previous experience working within manufacturing (manual processes would be advantageous such as assembly)
Experience having implemented and developed new quality processes/procedures
