Skills required for this Quantity surveyor role: Flexible Proactive Confident Smart Appearance Team working Good Communication skills Able to work unsupervised RICS qualified or post degree qualification experience Qualified as a Quantity Surveyor High Level Cost Planning Skills – Advanced. Experience: Experience of JCT and other standard forms of contract A strong track record in Quantity Surveying, demonstrating a progressive career path Experience of controlling cost in complex projects.
