RE: Employee Relations Advisor - Surrey

Morgan Hunt requires an Employee Relations Advisor for NHS based in Surrey

Pay Rate: £21.29ph PAYE

Hours 37.5 Mon to Fri - Hybrid working available 1 day a week.

Location: Surrey

Duration: 4 months on going contract

Job Requirements:

We are looking for individuals that have experience with complex sickness absence caseloads that can work in fast paced, large, unionised organisations and are used to managing a busy caseload. You will need to have experience in training and coaching managers in absence management and prepared to work in the hospital or out in the community

You will be required to be on-site at least 4 days per week.
