Real Estate Capital Markets (Debt) Senior Analyst (6 Month Contract)

Location: London

Salary: £65,000/yr - £75,000/yr (pro rata)

A leading UK real estate investment and development company, specialising in industrial and logistics assets is looking for a Capital Markets Analyst to join their growing team.

This role will support the Capital Markets function, working closely with internal teams as well as investment partners and lenders. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in real estate finance, capital structuring, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the refinancing and structuring of new debt transactions
• Coordinate due diligence processes with lenders
• Develop and maintain cash flow models with sensitivity analysis
• Assist with bank reporting and compliance requirements
• Work closely with the finance team to manage liquidity and drawdowns
• Collaborate with asset management, development, and finance teams

Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within real estate finance
• Strong cash flow modelling and financial analysis skills
• A solid understanding of debt capital markets
• High proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong attention to detail
