Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: LS5
Contract Type: Ongoing Temporary
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist existing residents with inquiries and concerns
• Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism
• Provide excellent customer service to create a positive environment
• Perform essential administrative tasks to support the team

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and approachable demeanour
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Previous customer service experience is a plus!
