Temporary Reception Cover – S20 Area
Position:Temporary Receptionist
Duration: Ad hoc Weeks over summer - starting 1st August
Hours: 9am - 5pm
£12.21 - £12.50 per hour

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working exclusively with a great business in S20.
Due to holidays, they are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable individual to provide temporary reception cover at a welcoming and busy front desk

Main Duties will include:

• Greeting visitors and managing front desk enquiries

• Answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately

• Handling incoming and outgoing mail

• Basic admin support, including filing and data entry

• Keeping the reception area tidy and presentable

• Previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Confident using phones and basic IT systems (email, Word, etc.)

• Punctual, dependable, and presentable

• Ability to work independently with a friendly, professional manner
