About Us:

We are working with a truly extraordinary primary school. The school is looking for a Reception TA to support pupils on a 1:1 basis from September '25. If you would like to work in a strong, happy, family atmosphere as a Reception TA, then this is the school for you! As a Reception TA, you will be required to provide both 1:1 and group support to children with varying SEN. The school strongly believes in preparing every child for their future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as a Reception TA
• Supporting young children with SEN
• Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities.
• Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Provide feedback to pupils in relation to their progress and achievement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a Primary School
• Understanding of supporting pupils within Early Years
• Experience working with children with SEN
