Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant looking to join a supportive Reception team this September?

A well-regarded, three-form entry Primary School in Harrow is seeking a Reception Teaching Assistant to join them from September 2025. The school was rated Outstanding in its most recent Ofsted inspection and offers a creative and inclusive learning environment where every child is supported to achieve their best.

Key Details:

• Role: Reception TA (EYFS)
• Start Date: September 2025
• Contract: Full-time, temp-to-perm
• Trial Dates: Week beginning 1st September 2025
• Location: Harrow - excellent transport links via the Metropolitan Line and local bus routes
• Qualification: Must hold a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)
• Experience: Prior experience working in EYFS or Primary classroom settings is essential

Reception TA:

• Supporting the Reception class teacher with learning and classroom management
• Working with individual pupils and small groups to boost progress
• Assisting in delivering the EYFS curriculum in a creative, hands-on way
• Using positive behaviour management strategies
• Promoting children's social, emotional and academic development
• Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils in line with school policy
