Tradewind Recruitment is currently working with a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Leighton Buzzard seeking an experienced Reception Teacher for an 8-week assignment starting in September.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive Early Years team and make a meaningful impact during a key transition period for young learners.

You will benefit from a supportive SLT who will give you all the tools to succeed in your short period with the school.

This role would ideal for an experienced teacher who is looking for a short-term block of work in September.

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience delivering baseline Reception assessments

• A strong track record of settling children into school and establishing daily routines

• In-depth knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and a child-led teaching approach

• A nurturing, calm, and confident classroom presence
