The Role:
As a Reception Teacher, you'll take the lead in creating a welcoming, engaging, and inspiring learning environment for the youngest pupils in the school. You'll play a central part in laying the foundation for lifelong learning by delivering an EYFS-aligned curriculum that supports the children's early academic and personal development. The school is looking for someone who brings energy, warmth, and a reflective approach to teaching.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, deliver, and assess lessons aligned with the EYFS and early KS1 framework
• Build a safe, creative, and nurturing classroom environment
• Monitor and support the progress of each child, adapting teaching where needed
• Engage positively with parents, carers, and staff to ensure a joined-up approach
• Promote the social, emotional, and academic wellbeing of all learners
