We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly skilled Reception Teacher who is committed to delivering exceptional learning experiences in Redhill.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE).

• Demonstrable experience teaching Reception children and a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality, play-based and engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and early development.

As a Randstad Education Reception Teacher in Redhill, your responsibilities will focus on nurturing the academic and personal growth of your pupils in their crucial first year of school. Your core duties will include:

• Delivering engaging and effective lessons that adhere to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

• Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where children feel safe, happy, and encouraged to explore.

• Effectively managing classroom behaviour through positive reinforcement and clear routines to ensure a productive and safe atmosphere.

• Assessing pupil progress through ongoing observations and assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their early development.

• Collaborating seamlessly with school staff, including teaching assistants and other early years practitioners, to maintain continuity and consistent teaching approaches.

• Adapting teaching strategies to meet the varied needs of students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring every child thrives.
