SANZA Teaching Agency are currently recruiting on behalf of a 2-form entry primary school in Hounslow.

The school is looking to fill a short-term reception teacher position, starting after May half-term, on Monday 5th June.

About the school

The school is proud to foster a trauma informed approach to education and behaviour management. The school were trail blazers in conducting significant research around children's brain development, shame, self- image and boundaries, and came up with a relationship-based approach to behaviour management.

ABOUT YOU

As a reception teacher, you will

• Will have previous experience as a reception teacher or nursery teacher
• Will have QTS
• Must have a love of developing children in the early years foundation stage (EYFS)
• Will have a child-focused approach to education and hold a genuine belief in the potential of every child
• Recognise the importance of fostering emotional, social, moral and spiritual development?
• Be able to encourage children to be self-aware and reflective??
