What You Need To Succeed

• Be a qualified teacher (with QTS) with experience teaching at EYFS level, preferably Reception class (Qualified and Experienced in the UK)
• Have a strong passion for nurturing young minds and fostering a love of learning
• Be able to inspire and motivate pupils, helping them to achieve their full potential
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the wider school community
• Be committed to providing an inclusive and engaging classroom experience
• Strong behaviour management and classroom engagement skills
