The school is seeking a caring and committed Reception Teaching Assistant to support their high-achieving Early Years team from September 2025.

This well-established 2-form entry school is known for its vibrant learning environments, inclusive ethos, and large outdoor EYFS provision. Children are confident, independent, and supported by passionate staff who value creativity and exploration.

• Supporting a Reception class with daily routines, phonics, and early language development.

• Working with individuals and small groups to support speech, literacy, and play.

• Collaborating with teachers and EYFS leads to deliver a play-based, child-led curriculum.

• Has experience working in EYFS or nursery settings.

• A nurturing, calm, and proactive professional.

• Excellent communication and an understanding of the EYFS framework.

• Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare is desirable but not essential.

• PAYE only - no umbrella company deductions.

• Access to National College CPD platform - over 2,500 courses.
