We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Reception/Admin Cover to join our secondary school on a maternity cover basis. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, managing reception duties and provide essential administrative support.
Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• School-based admin experience is essential.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy school environment

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming visitors, staff, and students at reception
• Handling phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally
• Supporting administrative tasks, including attendance and record-keeping
• Assisting with school events and general office duties
