Temporary School Receptionist

Location: Workington

Working Days: Every Monday and Thursday

Working Hours: Flexible, 6.5 hours per day

Salary: £12.50 per hour

Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and organised Temporary School Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks. This role requires flexibility, as working hours may vary slightly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff

• Answer and direct phone calls

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail

• Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed

• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• A valid DBS check is required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred

• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office)
