Job Description - Receptionist

Receptionist required to start ASAP for 6 months in this urgent temporary role.

Pay rate: £13.34 per hour
Hours/days: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Location:  Outskirts of Cambridge (no parking)

Duties:
  • First point of contact for visitors and staff
  • Answering the main switchboard
  • General administration
  •  Accepting and distributing courier deliveries
  • Logging parcel acceptance
  • Booking car parking
  • Organising refreshments for meetings

Your skills/experience:
  • Reception and/or admin experience
  • First class communicator
