Receptionist

Based in St Albans, Hertfordshire our client who are industry experts are looking for an immediately available Receptionist to join them on a short 1-week temporary contract.

This job would suit someone with previous administration experience with excellent communication skills.

The company has experienced exponential growth with further plans to significantly grow throughout Europe.

The successful individual will need to have great attention to detail and an appreciation for a high level of accuracy. In addition, the candidate will need to be immediately available, have strong admin and IT skills and be confident user of Word and Excel.

Job responsibilities:

• Meet and greet employees and visitors.
• Monitor and ensure the reception area and office is kept tidy and projects a business-like image.
• Handle incoming calls.
• Admin support for Head Office departments on an ad hoc basis
