What you will be doing in the role:

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including attendance, student records, and correspondence.
• Serve as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
• Answering phone calls and supporting with enrolments.
• Assist with HR tasks, including staff on boarding, record-keeping, and compliance.
• Support with learner recruitment events.

What you will need:

• Recent experience in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
