As we expand, we are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our clients team temporarily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
• Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate personnel, and take messages as necessary.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
• Handle inquiries and provide information about the organisation and its services.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to assist others.
