Job Description - Receptionist

C&C Search is currently recruiting a temp receptionist for a leading investment management firm in Dublin. Our client values discretion, professionalism, and a client-focused mindset.

Position: Receptionist (Temp cover)
Salary: £15 - £17 p/h + holiday
Hybrid set up: 5x days
What they do: Investment Banking

Key responsibilities for this receptionist position:

The role involves managing front-of-house duties such as

Meeting & greeting guests
Coordinating meetings & handling calls
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the office

What background and experience are the company looking for?

Front of house / receptionist experience
Ideally from financial / professional services
Strong attention to detail
The ideal candidate will be personable, warm and friendly with strong communication skills
Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
