We are seeking a friendly receptionist who. This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer service background and excellent communication skills, looking for a long-term opportunity in a fully office-based environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Answering incoming calls, managing inquiries, and taking messages with a professional telephone manner.

• Greeting guests upon arrival, offering refreshments, and ensuring a welcoming environment.

• Efficiently setting up meeting rooms for various gatherings and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.

• Performing a variety of administrative tasks as needed to support the team and office operations.

• Assisting in setting up new office spaces, organising necessary resources and facilities.

• Handling incoming and outgoing post, and providing general support for office facilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills and a professional telephone manner.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficient in administration and IT skills, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

• Experience in a receptionist or similar role is preferred.
