Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel and managing inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain a tidy and organised reception area to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and processing deliveries.
• Assist with general office duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is preferred but not essential.
• A proactive attitude and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
