Main Duties
Be able to give first class professional service to all clients and visitors to our site.
Be the first point of contact for all clients and visitors to the company building.
Always meet and greet with a friendly welcoming manor, ensuring all clients and visitors
have a great customer journey start to finish.
Notifying tenants of visitors on site and directing them accordingly.
Answer all incoming calls and face to face requests on behalf of the business and direct
them accordingly.
General administrative duties to support the business i.e., ensuring H&S information is
correctly displayed on the noticeboards or filed in relevant folders digitally and
manually.
To support the Facilities & Building Manager with daily building and health and safety
checks where required.
Always keeping the reception area clean and tidy and ensuring a welcoming
environment.
Any other reasonable requests by the management team
Access Control for visitors, contractors, and tenants. Face to face and via CCTV and
Intercom system.
Receive incoming mail and deliveries for tenants, on site contractors and FIFM staff.
Assist with alarms and co-ordinate evacuations if required.
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Smartly dressed and well presented.
Excellent telephone manner
Integrity and good people skills
Good numeracy and literacy
High level of attention-to-detail
Good organisational abilities
Enthusiasm to develop your skills and knowledge.
Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes.
Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work.
Positive and approachable manner
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
Flexibility to cover the needs of the business as and when required i.e., sickness and
holidays.
