My client, a well-established company within the rail infrastructure sector, is currently looking for a professional and approachable Receptionist to join their team in Rugby on a temporary 4-week assignment.

The Role:

This is a front-of-house position that requires someone confident, well-organised, and capable of managing a variety of reception duties, including:

• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Greeting visitors and managing access to the building
• Handling courier collections and deliveries
• Responding to general queries from staff and visitors
• Providing administrative support where needed

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role
• A professional, polite telephone manner
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to manage a steady flow of tasks with a calm and friendly approach
