JOB TITLE: Receptionist
LOCATION: Gravesend
SALARY: £12.21 per hour
TERM: Temporary for approx. 4 months
HOURS: Monday - Friday 7.30am - 12.45pm

Are you a seasoned receptionist who will meet and greet visitors with a smile and warm welcome? Are you immediately available and can commit to working 7.30am - 12.45pm Monday - Friday until August? If so we would love to hear from you!

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

• Provide a professional reception service
• Greeting visitors and staff
• Answer enquiries received in person, by phone or via emails
• Sign visitors in and issue their pass
• Keep the reception area clean and tidy, make refreshments for people

We'd love to speak to candidates who have:

• Proven experience working within a similar role
• Ability to convey information clearly and accurately both orally and in writing
• Systematic and thorough working approach with the ability to work independently
• Immediately availability and happy to commit to a temporary position
