Receptionists Temp Assignments Available
Location: Glasgow and Surrounding Areas
Contract Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: £12 - £15 per hour

We are currently looking to register experienced Receptionists for upcoming temporary opportunities with our clients across a variety of sectors. If you're confident front-of-house, thrive in a busy environment, and pride yourself on delivering excellent service - we want to hear from you!

About the Roles:
You'll act as the first point of contact for staff and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional front-of-house experience. These roles are ideal for candidates who enjoy variety, can multitask, and are comfortable coordinating day-to-day operations across departments.

Key Duties May Include:

• Providing reception and front-desk support
• Managing visitor access, bookings, and general enquiries
• Liaising with internal teams (IT, Estates, Events, H&S) to coordinate support
• Responding to facilities or service-related issues
• Supporting internal communication and ensuring key processes are followed

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a reception, front-of-house, or coordinator role
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A professional, approachable, and proactive attitude
• Availability to start on short notice
