Receptionist, Investment firm - Immediately Available

We’re on the hunt for an exceptional and experienced Receptionist to join a prestigious global investment firm on an ongoing basis. This is more than just a front desk role — you’ll be the heartbeat of the office, the first impression for clients, and a key support to the Facilities Manager in a diverse, varied and fast-moving role.

The firm are seeking a receptionist that is focused, proactive, outgoing and is client facing in their communication. You'll have a minimum of 3 -5+ years of experience as a Receptionist gained in either the investment sector, professional services or in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Your duties include, but are not limited to:

• First point of contact for high-profile clients and visitors
• Managing busy switchboards, meeting rooms, and daily front-of-house operations
• Supporting the Facilities Manager with day-to-day tasks, office coordination, and vendor management
• Being the go-to person for everything from couriers
• Creating an exceptional client and staff experience every single day

This is a role to start ASAP, the beginning of June.
