Key Responsibilities: ?

• Greet and welcome all guests and employee's visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
• Extensive telephone management including answering and directing calls appropriately.
• Managing the company inbox.
• Always maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and staff.

Requirements: ??

• Previous experience in a receptionist or corporate customer service role is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
• A positive attitude and a team player.
