Job Description - Receptionist/Administrator for a Domestic Abuse Service

LOCATION: Barry
HOURS: Part-time or Full-Time
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: Temporary 2 months
HOURLY RATE: £12.50 + Holiday Pay

OVERVIEW:

This charity provides crucial assistance to women and children impacted by domestic violence or at risk of experiencing it. Their support includes community outreach and emergency accommodation in refuge settings.
We are currently recruiting for a part time or full-time receptionist/administrator to work in their offices based in Barry.

DAILY DUTIES:

Daily duties include answering the phones, taking messages,
Acting as the first point of contact and greeting clients who visit the office.
Triage Work
Managing the charities social media.
Organising charitable donations
Co-ordinating the rooms.
Managing the inbox, replying to clients and external organisations.
Helping to organise events and co-ordinate activities
