Job Description - Recovery Practitioner

Join our team as a Recovery Practitioner in South West London, We are seeking a motivated individual to provide support and guidance to individuals on their journey to recovery. As a Recovery Practitioner, you will work closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans, facilitate group therapy sessions, and provide ongoing support and encouragement.

Hourly Rate: £22 P/H Umbrella Ltd (£19.46 PAYE Inclusive)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments
Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide emotional support to clients
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients
Maintain accurate and confidential client records

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
Previous experience in substance abuse or mental health counseling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of recovery principles and evidence-based practices
