Job Description - Recovery Practitioner

Job Title: Recovery Practitioner
Location: North West London
Rate: £22 - £23 P/H Ltd Umbrella (£20.33 PAYE Inclusive)

Responsibilities:

Work with clients on a mixed caseload to support their recovery journey
Conduct assessments and develop tailored recovery plans
Provide one-to-one and group support sessions
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions
